Introduction
Organisational power influences how decisions are made, how resources are allocated and how leaders achieve results through relationships and networks. Understanding power dynamics enables leaders to navigate complex environments, build influence and create stronger organisational alignment.
This programme provides participants with practical approaches to understanding and using organisational power effectively. Participants will learn how to analyse power structures, develop influence strategies, manage stakeholder relationships and apply leadership approaches that support organisational objectives.

- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
